Unlimited Spirits D Mall NSP was a liquor retail interior project executed by Next BC at D Mall, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi.
The store is located on the ground floor of an office tower. The existing flooring was retained, while the ceiling, lighting and electrical systems were newly executed to prepare the space for retail operation.
The store was planned to be developed as a Diageo-branded outlet. However, to avoid delay in sales, temporary racks and counters were installed so that the store could start operations before the final branded setup was completed.
To improve visibility and store presence, multiple signages were installed by Baba Supersign, Next BC’s exclusive channel partner for signage execution.
The final result was a functional liquor retail setup that allowed immediate sales while keeping the space ready for future Diageo branding and retail upgrade.
Existing flooring was retained to reduce execution time and enable faster store operations.
A new false ceiling system was installed to create a modern and well-finished liquor retail environment.
Complete lighting and electrical works were executed to support retail operations and future brand integration.
Temporary display racks and billing counters were installed to start store operations before final fixtures arrived.
The store was planned and prepared for future Diageo branding, premium displays and retail upgrades.
Multiple exterior signages were installed to enhance storefront visibility, branding and customer recognition.
