Rare Rabbit Connaught Place is a premium retail store interior execution project completed by Next BC in New Delhi. Our role was to convert the approved design drawings into accurate site execution while maintaining the brand’s refined retail identity.
Since the project was inside an older building, the first step was careful dismantling. The previous tenant’s panelling and leftover elements were removed without disturbing the existing structure.
Selective waterproofing and ceiling strengthening were carried out wherever required. In the double-height zone, the original walls were left untouched to protect the building character. A false gypsum panelling system was created to achieve the intended design finish.
Site-built panelling was executed to properly accommodate modular display units. After the base interior work was completed, modular units were installed as per the approved drawings.
In the final stage, the space came alive when the clothing collection was placed on the planned racks and shelves. The finished store reflects the Rare Rabbit brand through clean execution, precise detailing and coordinated retail finishing.

First, we carefully took down the old tenant's paneling and other things that were left over in the old building where the store was. The building was protected the whole time, and only certain areas were waterproofed and the ceiling was strengthened as needed.

The Rare Rabbit Connaught Place retail interior project was executed by Next BC, a commercial interior fit-out and construction company based in Delhi NCR with experience in retail stores, offices, liquor stores, F&B outlets and commercial interiors.
All of the site-built panelling was done with careful planning so that the modular display units could be put in without any problems. When the base interiors were done, the modular units were put together exactly as shown in the approved drawings.
The store really came to life after the clothes were put on the right racks and shelves. The clean execution, precise details, and coordinated finishes all helped create the high-end, refined Rare Rabbit brand experience.
