Unlimited Spirits Preet Vihar New Delhi – Liquor Store Interior Project

Project Overview – Unlimited Spirits Preet Vihar, New Delhi

Unlimited Spirits Preet Vihar was the first store assessed and executed by Next BC for Trident Chemphar Ltd. in New Delhi.

To create a larger and more efficient liquor retail space, three individual shops were merged into one by removing all internal walls. This created smooth and uninterrupted movement for customers, staff and goods.

The execution scope included complete flooring, false ceiling, wall finishes, exterior glass façade and signage, giving the store a unified retail identity.

Since the property was located inside a community centre, the three electricity meters could not be merged into one. The electrical load was therefore carefully distributed across all three meters.

One meter was routed through UPS for computers and lighting. The second meter was dedicated to air-conditioning load. The third meter handled outdoor lighting, signage, beer chillers and cold storage.

This distribution helped maintain safety, operational efficiency and local compliance while supporting the store’s day-to-day liquor retail operations.
