When we assumed control of this project, the site had completely stalled, with multiple unfinished elements and no clear execution direction. Our first step was to thoroughly assess the existing condition, identify the gaps, and restructure the entire approach into a practical and workable concept aligned with both timeline and budget.

The client wanted to build one of the biggest and most interactive liquor stores in North India. To achieve this, we made sure every part of the store was designed with purpose and care, so it would not only be functional but also provide a memorable experience for customers.

We designed everything from the ground up, including the grand staircase, structural columns, entrance statement, product display systems, signage, internal branding, dedicated product launch zones, and the iconic central atrium lighting feature. Every element was planned to make the shopping experience smooth and high-end.

The timeline was one of the biggest challenges. Finishing such a large project in 90 days, including the base build, required careful planning, quick decisions, and strong on-site execution. Every step, from civil work to final finishing, was carefully carried out without compromising quality.

The outcome reflects the effort and vision behind the project. Key highlights of the space include the long-span fabric ceiling that enhances the visual scale, the massive central atrium lighting installation that becomes the focal point, the grand staircase that adds architectural drama, and clean retail layouts with strong lighting impact.

Today, the project stands as a benchmark retail space where design, execution, and experience come together. Every detail tells the story of transformation, precision, and commitment to delivering beyond expectations.
