The project commenced during the second phase of the COVID-19 pandemic necessitating stringent protocols and prioritizing labor safety. To ensure full compliance the work was allocated across three schedules thereby enabling the maintenance of physical distancing the reduction of on-site congestion and the effective adherence to all safety protocols. Material procurement was also challenging due to restrictions & limited availability but careful planning & coordination kept the work moving without interruption. Despite numerous obstacles we successfully completed the project on schedule, allowing the showroom to open as planned. This achievement was made possible through disciplined teamwork and adaptable execution.
