Tata Motors Peeragarhi New Delhi is an automotive showroom interior execution project completed by Next BC during the second phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. The project required strict safety planning, controlled manpower movement and careful site coordination.
Worker safety was the first priority. To reduce site congestion and maintain physical distancing, the work was divided into three separate schedules. This helped the team follow safety protocols while keeping execution active.
Material procurement was another major challenge due to restrictions and limited availability during that period. Through advance planning, vendor coordination and disciplined execution, the work continued without major interruption.
Despite multiple site challenges, the showroom interior work was completed on schedule so the launch could happen as planned. The project reflects strong teamwork, flexible execution planning and commitment to timely handover.

Planning ahead and working closely with vendors made it easier to get the materials. Even though there weren't many resources available and there were some restrictions, the work went on without any major delays.
