TLW IFFCO Chowk Gurgaon – Emergency Liquor Store Interior Project

Project Overview – TLW IFFCO Chowk, Gurgaon

TLW IFFCO Chowk was an emergency liquor retail interior project executed by Next BC near ABW Tower, IFFCO Chowk, Gurgaon.

The project became urgent because the land of the existing MG Road store was sold, and HUDA required the site to be handed over to the new owner. TLW had very little time to shift operations to a new location without business disruption.

The new store was planned to be bigger than the earlier outlet and to offer a better customer experience. With the increase in area, service detailing and overall execution cost also increased.

Due to the urgency, work started immediately even before the final drawings were issued. Procurement of key items such as plywood, air-conditioning ducting and HT panels was started in parallel to save time.

Once the final design and drawings were completed, execution was accelerated and the project was completed within the committed timeline, helping the client continue operations smoothly.
