After one year of COVID TLW decided to enhance the customer experience at this location. Earlier, the store operated from a small container space of about 200 sq. ft. With the new plan, the same site was redeveloped into a proper retail store. The neighboring DLF property had been deeply excavated and left open, which posed a structural risk. To ensure complete safety for customers and staff, we created additional counterbalance base supports and strengthened the structure accordingly. Although the liquor store license was valid for only 12 months, we advised the client to invest extra in safety measures. The client accepted our recommendation, prioritizing long term safety over short-term costs. Completing the store safely under these conditions added another milestone to our list of successful projects.
