TLF Golf Course Road

The Cellar and The Liquor Fort worked together to take over the liquor store on Golf Course Road Gurgaon from Discovery Wines, the previous owner. They wanted to build a bigger, more powerful store with a stronger brand presence. To do this, we added 20 feet to the right side of the store and completely redesigned and rebuilt the inside. One of the store's best features is its long front which makes it easier to see and brand. To make the branding stand out, lacquered glass was used above the racks. A fluted panel with a golden finish was added around the cash counter to draw attention to the billing area. A special wine section was put in the middle of the store to show off a wide range of wines and make it easy for customers to get to. The end result is a large, high-end liquor store that represents both brands' vision and makes shopping more enjoyable.There were two floors in this co-working space. The main problem was taking out the old interior work without hurting the building's structure. Because the property is a heritage building, it needed extra care. All civil and interior work was done with careful planning to make sure that the structure stayed strong. To improve safety without changing the original framework, selective structural strengthening was also done where it was needed. After the base work was done, modular furniture was put in to finish the space, making the heritage building into a modern co-working space that is both functional and respectful.
