MI Office

This MI distributor office, located near the Wazirabad Industrial Area, was designed in alignment with the client’s requirements and inputs from REVEL SATVWA, the vastu consultant. The site was a raw space, which required extensive civil work to shape it according to the interior layout and functionality. Each cabin and meeting room was designed with individual air-conditioning for comfort and privacy, while the general staff area was equipped with centralized air-conditioning. A unique highlight of the project was the creation of a meeting room designed like a classic London public telephone booth — a creative concept that caught the attention of MI’s official team and became a talking point. Bringing this vision to life from just a 3D visualization seemed ambitious at first, but with strong collaboration and support from the client, we turned the concept into a successful and striking reality.
