Lotus Boulevard Noida was a high-rise residential tower execution project where Next BC entered during Phase 4. The project had already faced delays, and the earlier contractors were unable to complete the towers within the expected time.
Our first step was to analyse why the previous towers could not be completed. We reviewed planning gaps, execution bottlenecks, coordination failures and site-level challenges before restarting the work with a revised execution strategy.
With disciplined planning and focused site execution, Tower 8, a G+21 high-rise residential tower, was completed in just 7 months.
The same execution approach was then followed for Tower 9, a G+30 high-rise tower, which was also delivered successfully. The project shows how delayed construction work can be brought back on track through proper analysis, planning, coordination and site control.
