Phase 4 of the project brought us the challenge of completing Tower 8 (G+21) and Tower 9 (G+30). Before starting, we carefully analyzed why the previous towers could not be completed by earlier contractors. This assessment revealed multiple challenges, not just one, that needed to be addressed to ensure timely delivery. With meticulous planning, efficient execution, and a problem-solving approach, we successfully completed Tower 8 (G+21) in just 7 months – a milestone achievement. The same success formula was replicated in Tower 9 (G+30), proving our capability to handle large-scale, fast-paced, high-rise construction projects. The results speak for themselves – quality, speed, and reliability delivered beyond expectations.
