Delhi Government Liquor Shop was a retail liquor store interior transformation project executed by Next BC in New Delhi. After the cancellation of the liquor policy, government-run liquor outlets were restarted, but many stores lacked a premium retail feel, proper cleanliness, organised display and easy customer accessibility.
When government officials approached us, the main challenge was to upgrade the store without stopping daily operations. The store had to remain functional while the interior transformation work was carried out.
To reduce disruption, all furniture and design elements were fabricated off-site in advance. On-site work was limited to controlled assembly during store working hours.
The final result was a cleaner, more accessible and better-organised liquor retail space with improved display planning, customer circulation and overall store experience.
