DM C10 Okhla New Delhi – Warehouse Interior Project

Project Overview – DM C10 Warehouse, Okhla New Delhi

DM C10 was a warehouse interior project executed by Next BC at C-10, Okhla, New Delhi. The basement and ground floor were planned mainly for liquor storage, with layout support for organised stacking, access and inventory movement.

On one side of the first floor, a pantry and multiple executive cabins were developed. The remaining area was efficiently planned for wine storage.

The first floor had a clear height of 5 meters, so MS support structures were installed to create a false ceiling at the 3-meter level. This helped make the space more practical, comfortable and usable.

Split air-conditioning units were provided in all executive cabins for individual comfort and control. An 8-foot-wide walkway was maintained in front of the cabins to allow smooth movement.

Electrical wiring, UPS points and networking were executed strictly as per the client’s operational requirements, making the warehouse suitable for both storage and office use.
