This place to work together was on two floors. The primary challenge was removing the existing interior work without causing any damage to the building’s structure. Because the property is a heritage building, it needed extra care. All civil and interior works were carried out with careful planning to ensure that the structural integrity remained untouched. To improve safety without changing the original framework selective structural strengthening was also done where it was needed. After the base work was done, modular furniture was put in to finish the space, making the heritage building into a modern co-working space that is both functional and respectful.
