The Liquor Emporio Nehru Place was a fast-track liquor store interior project executed by Next BC in New Delhi for Sri Avantika Contractor Ltd.
The client asked our founder, Mr. Venkat, when the Nehru Place store could start operations. When the client asked whether operations could begin within two days, Mr. Venkat committed that the team would try to make it possible within four days.
Within the next six hours, the full execution plan was prepared and the team moved to site. After reaching the site, an unexpected restriction came up: work was allowed only at night.
Instead of slowing down, the entire execution plan was reorganised. Site work continued during the night, while fabrication, preparation and coordination were carried out during the day off-site.
In record time, the team completed firefighting systems, electrical work, ducting, air-conditioning, wall finishes, glass doors, smoke detectors, racks and counters.
The project became a major milestone for Next BC because it proved how fast planning, off-site preparation and night execution can deliver a complex liquor retail store under pressure.

Executed all on-site work during approved night-time working hours.
Handled fabrication and material preparation during the day to support night execution.
