The Liquor Emporio NSIC Metro was a liquor store interior project executed by Next BC in New Delhi. When our team first reached the site, even identifying the exact shop location was a challenge.
The entire ground floor was open, with no walls, no shop markings and no clear boundaries. After several discussions with metro authorities and verification through official documents, the final shop perimeter was identified.
All services had to be realigned according to the confirmed site boundary. Just completing the basic site marking took more than two weeks.
Since the shop required construction on three sides, a structural engineer was brought on board and the work proceeded strictly as per structural recommendations.
Civil work and wet interior activities took considerable time because of the complexity of the scope. In parallel, the team executed firefighting systems, ducting and air-conditioning to save time.
After completing the base work, racks, counters and signage were installed quickly, transforming the undefined metro-floor area into a fully operational liquor retail outlet.
Verified the shop location through metro authority coordination and site documentation.
Marked and planned the retail space before beginning construction and fit-out work.
Worked with structural engineers to support construction on three open sides.
Completed civil construction and interior work in line with site and structural requirements.
Executed firefighting, HVAC and ducting services alongside the interior work.
Installed display racks, counters and signage to complete the liquor store.
