ACE Group Shastri Nagar New Delhi – Counter-Sale Liquor Store Interior Project

Project Overview – ACE Group Liquor Retail Store, Shastri Nagar

ACE Group Shastri Nagar was a liquor retail store interior project planned for a narrow frontage site in New Delhi. The store had limited front display space, so the layout had to balance visibility, customer flow and storage efficiency.

The front area was used for bottle display and customer interaction, while the back area was planned for storage. This helped keep the store organised and supported faster product handling during busy hours.

Because of the limited frontage, the main sales model was planned as an over-the-counter format. This helped control crowd movement and made the store easier to operate during peak hours.

At the same time, provision was made for self-service sales during non-peak hours. This gave customers more flexibility and created a better shopping experience when the store was less crowded.

The final layout created a practical liquor retail store with smart display planning, back storage and a mixed sales model suitable for a compact retail space.
