To avoid any loss of revenue, a temporary setup was created so the client could start sales immediately. In parallel, we began working step by step on each area to bring the store to life. Since the shop remained operational, the execution could not move at full speed. Still, with careful planning and strong team dedication, we successfully completed the store.
