ACE Group Johripur was a liquor retail store interior project planned in northeast Delhi, close to a metro station. The location had heavy public footfall, so the store needed a practical layout that could manage customers quickly and safely.
The biggest advantage of the site was its 14-foot floor-to-ceiling height. This helped us create strong branding visibility and allowed the store to stand out, even though it was located below the metro line.
Because of the high footfall, we planned the store as a counter-sale outlet instead of a self-service format. The initial layout included an L-shaped counter with display racks, and storage was planned behind the racks for easy refilling and smooth handling.
Later, due to COVID protocols and long customer queues, a third-side counter and rack were added to speed up service and reduce waiting time.
The overall look and feel was kept minimal to control cost, while the high ceiling, counter planning and product display helped create an efficient liquor retail space.
