Plot No. 5 Gurgaon Sector 18 was a turnkey office interior project executed by Next BC. The client had seen our TLW IFFCO Chowk store execution and contacted the store owner to get our reference. Based on that experience, they approached us for their office interior project.
When we visited the site, most of the finishing work was already completed, but the office did not have the right energy, identity or working atmosphere. The space needed a fresh design approach to make it functional and visually complete.
We redesigned the entire office layout and shared clear visualizations with the client before execution. This helped the client understand the design direction and approve the final concept with confidence.
After approval, the space was executed as per the visualized design and handed over as a ready-to-use office. The final result created a better working atmosphere, improved visual flow and a more complete office identity.
